Gap AnalysisA gap analysis is also known as a pre-assessment. This is an optional service that is designed to identify any gaps in your management system, meaning areas of your management system that do not yet meet in full the certification standards. A gap analysis will help your team to plan and prepare for a successful certification audit. Gap analysis also assists management in assessing the state of readiness of the quality and risk management systems for documentation review and subsequent on-site audit. Gap analysis methodology involves an on-site review by a Health Audit NZ lead auditor with your management and staff members. The auditor samples documentation and interviews personnel in order to gather information about how the management system addresses the requirements of the certification standards. Documentation reviewed during the gap analysis includes organizational and health service policy and procedures and also records of clients, staff members and service delivery. Our gap analysis service is delivered in units of 1 day as agreed with our client organization. Next stage - Document Review |
