MIKE THORNBER

Mike Thornber has managed a quality auditing agency and performed audits in the healthcare sector since 1993. He has wide experience in quality and risk management systems applied within the healthcare provider organizations. Mike is the Managing Director of Health Audit NZ Ltd designated by the Director-General of Health to audit providers of health and disability service systems and accredited by JAS-ANZ.

Mike manages and delivers a range of nationally and internationally accredited training programmes for healthcare professionals.

Mike graduated as a chemist with the Royal Society and has a masters’ degree in biochemistry. More recently he gained his doctorate in healthcare management science at the University of Auckland.


MARILYN BARCLAY

Marilyn Barclay has wide experience in community nursing since the 1980s.

Marilyn has applied quality management principles to her nursing practice during the 1990s and more recently specialized in the development and implementation of management systems meeting a wide range of health and disability service standards.

Marilyn is a qualified lead auditor and manages audits of provider organizations. A qualified Healthcare Auditor Trainer since 2002, she has trained and examined auditors in a wide range of health, disability, community and social service sectors.


PENNY LONDON

Penny London has a wide range of clinical sills and is a qualified and experienced Lead Auditor.
Penny has in-depth expertise in managing, developing, training and mentoring auditors.
